Job Description
Due to continued growth BDP Heating and Plumbing Limited are looking for an Experienced ACS Breakdown and Service Engineers to join our team.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with strong diagnostics skills working in the CH Postcode area You must have experience of an extensive range of domestic gas boilers and able to achieve a high first-time-fix.

Hours and Environment:
- Standard working hours are 08.00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday. With 1 in 4 weekend rota field based in customers / tenants homes.
- Van, Fuel Card and FGA supplied plus full company uniform & PDA
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Minimum Qualifications required CCN1, CEN1, CPA1, WAT1, HTR1, CKR
- Proven Extensive fault finding experience on a wide range of boiler
- Good understanding of electrical controls and circuits, ie, Y plans, S plan
- Plan and schedule work appropriately and keep to appointments
- Goes beyond what is expected to get result
- Keep focused on achieving a high first time fix rate
- Monitor and reports on health and safety issues
- Customer Focused
- Breakdown Repairs, Servicing Gas Central Heating Systems
The role will be very hands on and will involve working on your own initiative. Day to day work will consist of Boiler Reapirs & servicing. You will be expected to complete paperwork, making sure to get customer signatures to confirm work has been completed to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
ACS Certified
Must have previous experience in a similar role.
Must have Full UK driver’s license.
Must be enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Must have good people skills with a friendly approach.
Must be a clean and tidy worker respectful of people’s homes and belongings.
Must have a clean and tidy appearance
Current CRB Preferred but not essential
We will be looking for candidates that live within all the postcode Regions
Salary £27,000 – £39,000
